About the SGA
The Student Government Association, or SGA, is a governmental structure at The Hill School that is comprised of 10 students. These are students who have been elected to represent the opinion of the student body by drafting proposals and then submitting them to the administrative body in efforts to make changes to school policies to better the lives of students at the Hill School.
Each form elects two student representatives each year to represent the form’s interests as SGA representatives. The school, as a whole, elects the President and Vice President, two members who, aside from representing student opinion by passing proposals, lead the SGA and set the direction for the organization.
While members can come up with proposals in SGA meetings based on student opinion every week, student body members can also approach representatives with issues around which the SGA will draft a proposal. Options are available on this site for contacting the SGA remotely.
